- To amend the Constitution, ahead of the Annual General Meeting and the Election process of September 2026.
- The Executive of ECEGSS enacts:
- The temporary reduction of General Meeting notification to the Membership, from one week, to zero days, until September 8, 2026
- The temporary reduction of General Meeting quorum requirement, from three Executive members and twenty-five Members, to all Members in attendance, until September 8, 2026
- Enacted and passed September 3, 2026.
