  • GECoS Engineering Halloween Pub Night

    It’s that spooky time of year once again and why mess with a good engineering thing! Come celebrate Halloween with your fellow engineering graduate students at the fourth annual GECoS Engineering Halloween Pub Night!

    We’ll be celebrating at The Green Room with food, drinks, games (with prizes), music, and more.

    Where: The Green Room, 414 College St, Toronto
    When: Wed, Oct 30, 2019, at 7:00 PM

    Doors will open at 7:00pm – arrive early so you don’t face the scary prospect of missing out on some of the fun! Tickets must be claimed before attending and can be claimed here. Note, there are drink tickets available with early bird registrations. A $5 deposit is charged for drink tickets, which will be returned once you arrive at the event.

  • Mental Health and Wellness AGM

    This is an opportunity to get engaged in the discussion of health and wellness in graduate school from a graduate student perspective!

    Please come and join us in the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM). We will be discussing previous activities, plans for the future including December exam jam, and electing leadership (short application form here).

    The goals of this GECoS Commission include:

    • Advocating for graduate student mental health
    • Running mental health-related events
    • Collaborating with the Faculty on mental health initiatives

    When: Thursday, October 24th at 5 PM RSVP here
